This Privacy Policy describes how Fast Gang Sheet (“we”, “us”, or “the App”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when merchants install and use the App on their Shopify stores, and when store customers use the gang-sheet design builder.

1. Who we are

Fast Gang Sheet is a Shopify application that lets merchants offer a custom gang-sheet / DTF design builder on their storefront, and manage related products, designs, and orders from the Shopify admin.

2. Information we collect

From merchants (via Shopify APIs and the App):

• Shop domain, shop identifiers, and OAuth access tokens required to operate the App
• Product, variant, inventory, location, and order data needed to sync catalog and fulfill designs
• Merchant contact details when provided in App settings (for example store email)
• Technical logs related to App usage, errors, and webhook delivery

From store customers (when they use the builder):

• Shopify customer ID and email (when the customer is logged in or otherwise provided)
• Design files and canvas state the customer uploads or creates in the builder
• Order-linked design metadata needed to produce print-ready output

We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer data for advertising networks or unrelated marketing.

3. How we use information

• To provide, secure, and improve the App’s core features (builder, admin, print generation, sync)
• To authenticate storefront sessions and protect App Proxy / webhook integrity
• To fulfill merchant requests and respond to support inquiries
• To comply with legal obligations, including Shopify mandatory privacy webhooks

4. Legal bases and Shopify compliance

Processing is necessary to provide the App contracted by the merchant, and to comply with applicable privacy laws. We implement Shopify’s mandatory compliance webhooks:

• customers/data_request — prepare customer data held by the App for the merchant. Exports are available in the App admin under General Settings → Customer data exports (JSON download). Merchants may also request delivery by emailing support@fastgangsheet.com.
• customers/redact — erase or anonymize a customer’s personal data in the App
• shop/redact — erase shop data after uninstall / retention period as required

Order-linked design files needed for fulfillment may be retained until the related order workflow and legal retention requirements are satisfied, then removed or anonymized with the customer or shop redact process.

5. Data retention

We retain merchant and customer data only as long as needed to operate the App for the installed shop, fulfill orders, maintain audit/security logs, and meet legal or Shopify retention requirements. After a shop uninstalls and Shopify sends shop/redact, we delete or anonymize shop-scoped data according to our compliance handlers.

6. Sharing and processors

We may share data with:

• Shopify — as required to run an embedded App and process storefront / admin flows
• Infrastructure providers — hosting, database, cache, and storage used to run the App
• Service providers — only as needed to deliver the App (for example email for support replies)

We do not share personal data with third parties for their own marketing.

7. International transfers

Data may be processed on servers outside your country, depending on where the App and its infrastructure are hosted. We take reasonable measures to protect data in transit and at rest.

8. Security

We use industry-standard controls appropriate to a Shopify App, including HTTPS, webhook HMAC validation, signed storefront session flows, access controls for admin tools, and least-privilege API scopes. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

9. Your rights and merchant responsibilities

Merchants are typically the data controller for their customers’ store data. Customers should contact the merchant for store-level requests. Merchants and authorized contacts may email us at support@fastgangsheet.com for App-specific privacy questions. Where required by law, we will assist with access, correction, deletion, and export requests for data we hold in the App.

10. Children

The App is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by law.
