Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Fast Gang Sheet (“the App”), a Shopify application that provides a gang-sheet / DTF design builder and related merchant admin tools. By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who these Terms apply to
These Terms apply to Shopify merchants (“you”) who install and use the App on their store. Store customers who use the builder on your storefront do so under your store policies; you are responsible for presenting any required customer-facing notices.
2. The service
The App lets merchants offer a design builder on the storefront (via theme extensions and App Proxy), sync products and orders through Shopify APIs, and manage designs and print-related files in the App admin. Features may change as we improve the product.
3. Account and Shopify permissions
- You must have authority to install apps on the Shopify store.
- You grant the App the API scopes shown during install, only for operating the App.
- You are responsible for keeping Shopify admin access secure and for uninstalling the App when you no longer need it.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful content, infringement, or abusive activity
- Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or authentication controls
- Reverse engineer or disrupt the App except as allowed by law
- Upload malware or content that harms other users, merchants, or infrastructure
5. Customer content and designs
Designs, images, and related files created or uploaded through the builder are processed to provide the App’s features (including print-ready output). You are responsible for ensuring you and your customers have the rights to use that content. We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
6. Fees
Unless a separate paid plan or Shopify billing charge is presented to you in the App or Partner listing, the App is provided without an App Store subscription fee. Shopify or third-party costs (hosting your store, printing, shipping, etc.) remain your responsibility.
7. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the
Privacy Policy. Shopify’s mandatory privacy webhooks are supported.
Customer data exports prepared for customers/data_request are available to merchants in the
App admin (General Settings → Customer data exports) and via support when needed.
8. Availability and changes
We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
9. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Print output quality depends on your files, settings, and production process.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the App. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the App is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $100.
11. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from Shopify. We may suspend or terminate
access for material breach of these Terms or to protect the App and other merchants.
After uninstall, Shopify may send shop/redact; we then delete or anonymize shop-scoped data
according to our Privacy Policy and compliance handlers.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of the App, without regard to conflict of law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive venue for disputes, except where mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
